Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Logistics

All KYNEXA orders are processed and shipped from our activewear fulfillment center in New Delhi within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹2000. Flat rate of ₹99 applies below this.
• Delivery Timeline: Major cities: 3-5 business days. Other zones: 5-7 business days.

2. Payment & Verification

We process credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets via our secure Razorpay integration. If you select Cash on Delivery (COD), our courier representative will collect cash at the time of handoff.

3. Exchange & Returns

We maintain a strict 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy. If your compression tees or leggings do not fit, you can request an exchange from your user profile or by contacting support at support@kynexa.com.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• For sizing exchanges, KYNEXA arranges reverse pickup free of cost.
