1. Data Collection
When you browse KYNEXA or place an order, we collect specific details: shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and account credentials. Passwords are encrypted and handled natively by Supabase Auth (we never see or store your raw passwords).
2. Payment Encryption
Credit card numbers and bank credentials are never stored on our systems. All transaction traffic is processed directly and securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, using high-grade SSL/HTTPS encryption.
3. Third Party Integrations
Your information is shared with third parties strictly for operation: Cloudinary (for holding catalog images), Razorpay (processing transactions), and standard logistics services (for parcel deliveries).
